Dr. Paul Beales is a biophysicist in the Astbury Centre at the University of Leeds. Paul heads up the Beales Group in the School of Chemistry and his research focuses on understanding and harnessing the self-organising principles of biomolecular systems, applying these concepts to develop new materials, particularly with relevance to healthcare technologies.

Projects
Paul worked with Andy at ASMblyII on the brewing project, which was by all accounts, post-tapping, a resounding success.
Currently, Paul is involved with the Surface Structure and Archibio projects for 2015.
